I’ve been experimenting with our CNC machine’s cutting speeds on float glass and noticed some interesting results. Reducing the feed rate by just a few millimeters per second significantly improved edge quality without sacrificing throughput. Has anyone else seen similar improvements, or do you think this could be a unique quirk with our setup?
I’ve noticed edge quality improves at lower speeds too, but watch out for longer cycle times. Have you tried adjusting blade angles? @glassguy might have insights.
I recently landed a remote job in finance that allows me to work in my pajamas, which feels like a superpower! Just remember, applying quickly is key — one position I wanted was gone within hours. Keep an eye out, folks, the market’s definitely buzzing right now.
