How do you stay current with new materials and methods?
I set up a 15–20 minute call with the manufacturer’s tech rep when a new spacer or sealant lands and ask for their “field install checklist,” then I build a quick scrap-frame mock-up to dial bead size and cure in our actual temps. Specs help, but that five-dollar mock-up saved me from edge lift on a warm-edge spacer last winter; @Sam, do you do quick pull tests on-site or something similar?
