Got asked to build an ‘all-glass doghouse’ — did a quick heat-load calc and mocked up a vented laminated spec, but we steered it to UV-tinted polycarbonate so the pup wouldn’t live in a microwave. You ever swap in acrylic or poly to save a wild idea?
