On our last mid-rise we went unitized and shaved a week of crane time, but , storage fees hit when the GC slipped two weeks. Add a line in your estimate for ‘offsite storage/return freight’ and tie it to the schedule; that’s the hidden swing in unitized vs stick. We also added a tiny box on the pre-task safety cards for ‘suction cups inspected’ and it stopped one near-miss, @FieldOps.
